A growing accounting firm desired to move from Fredericksburg’s historic district into a modern office suite space. The layout of the space was designed to anticipate growth. An additional goal was to provide amenities for employees as well as attract new talent. Amenities include a coffee bar and breakout spaces. Wide hallways and gathering areas serve as impromptu meeting spaces that create a collaborative working culture. Clean neutral finishes provided a blank canvas for colorful and engaging furniture and artwork. The decor was curated to create a welcoming and trustworthy environment for clients as well as employees.
