Kelvic Construction is an underground utilities construction and maintenance company founded in Stafford, Virginia. The relocation of their corporate headquarters provided more land to store vehicles and equipment and also the opportunity to design and build an office from the ground up. Polished concrete floors, linear light fixtures and an Ipe wood entrance provide finishes for an aesthetically clean, performance-driven work and meeting space. The high interior transom windows are designed to maximize natural light available to the space and core interior walls are paneled to mimic the reveal of excavation.
