Hot and Fluffy is a fast casual restaurant that specializes in made from scratch biscuits and fried chicken. Customers are able to watch their food being prepared in the open minimal working kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and easy to clean work surfaces were chosen for the open kitchen. Custom wallpaper and graphics were designed to accentuate the restaurant’s uniqueness.
